Real World Strategy and Approach
Senneca's Door Engineering business unit, like many others, is a custom, made-to-order manufacturer with thousands of possible configurations for their products and applications of those products. This leads to tens of thousands of documents that can be true or not true depending on many other variables. We do not believe it is reasonable to expect your entire team of experts to vet tens of thousands of documents for various truth scenarios by adding 10 documents at a time in the tool that is suppose to be helping you provide those answers.
This should be the main component of the AI tool is that it should help us overcome the limitation of human resources. We do not believe that Krista's approach is modeled after real life scenarios that currently exist in Senneca or for that matter any complex manufacturing company. It seems they may be more suited to non-custom businesses where everything is straightforward and facts are easily known. Also, what business can have the expectation that all of their vital resources(experts in field) can work on this full-time? We have asked for any "like clientele" and while we are told there are "many" we've yet to be given the contact info of any others?
